1. WELCOME to veritastheteam (“ VTT” www.veritastheteam.com) , a service from Veritas Immigration and Education Pvt. Ltd. VTT. provides this service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS") that may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition to this, you shall be subject to the operating rules / policies applicable to individual services on www.veritastheteam.com which may be posted from time to time. VTT Services may also offer other services that are governed by different Terms of Service.
2. Acknowledgement and acceptance of Terms of Services www.veritastheteam.com("Service") is owned and operated by Veritas Immigration and Education Pvt. Ltd. hereinafter referred to as "VTT". www.veritastheteam.com , the service shall hereinafter be referred to as "VTT".
3. This Service is provided to you ("Member") under the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service ("TOS") and any operating rules or policies that may be published on VTT which comprises the entire agreement between Member and VTT and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. By completing the registration process and clicking the "ACCEPT" button, you are indicating your agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of the agreement.
4. Description of Service VTT is providing Member with a facility to get any required task in Ahmedabad ,gujarat or INDIA completed through professional means from anywhere in the world via this service VTT. VTT reserves the right to charge Member or their Parents/Friends/Relatives for this Service as per the tariff structure provided on VTT.
5. Member must: (1) provide all equipment, including a computer and modem, necessary to establish a connection to the World Wide Web; (2) provide for own access to the World Wide Web and pay any telephone service fees associated with such access.
6. In consideration for this Service, Member agrees to: (1) provide certain current, complete, and accurate information about Member as prompted to do so by the Service and (2) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. All information requested on original sign up shall be referred to as registration data ("Registration Data") (3) Provide correct and accurate information so as to enable VTT to deliver services as requested by Member. All information requested for executing task requests shall be referred to as Order related data ("Order Data").
7. Furthermore, Member grants VTT the right to disclose to third parties certain Registration Data about Member and Service membership in the aggregate; however, such disclosures will exclude Member's name, mailing address, email address, account and phone number, unless: (1) Member expressly directs VTT, or any other person Member may specifically designate to disclose such information through the Service as provided by the Service or (2) VTT is required to disclose such information by any applicable law or legal process served on VTT. If any information provided by Member is inaccurate, VTT retains the right to terminate Member's VTT membership and Agreement to use the Service.
8. Modifications to Terms of Services VTT may change the terms and conditions of the Agreement from time to time, without notice to the Member. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time.
9. Member's continued use of the Service constitutes an affirmative: (1) acknowledgment by Member of the Agreement and its modifications; and (2) agreement by Member to abide and be bound by the Agreement and its modifications.
10. Modifications to Service VTT reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service VTT with or without notice to Member. VTT shall not be liable to Member or any third party should VTT exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service VTT.
11. Privacy Policy VTT is committed to protect the privacy of all its customers. Therefore, in addition to the privacy of registration data as discussed in Section 'Description of Service' above, VTT will not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a Member's private communications with VTT unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on VTT; (2) protect and defend the Agreement or property of VTT; or (3) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of its members or the public.Member acknowledges and agrees that VTT neither endorses the contents of any Member communications nor assumes responsibility for any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained therein, any infringement of third party intellectual property rights, Agreement arising there from or any crime facilitated thereby.
